Frequently asked questions

What exactly is included in the hours?

The hours quoted are the machine hours where we are on site. We will arrive 30mins – 1 hour early and do not charge pack up time. Depending on your package we have props, backdrops and leather albums available.

How and when can we pay?

Payments can be made via direct bank transfer. We can help ease the pressure by having installment payments. A 20% deposit is required within a 7 days to secure your booking (non refundable). The remaining 30% is paid two (2) months before the event, and the final 50% is paid a fortnight before the event.

When do we get the photos?

If you have selected the packages with physical printouts, we will give it to you on the night at the conclusion of your event.

The digital version will be sent to you within a week through a secure link via email for you to download and share.

Will the photos be watermarked?

We won’t be watermarking the photos, they will be ready for you to upload to social media, share with your friends and family. You can even print more copies for yourself!

Do we get all the photos?

Yes, you will get all the photos that are captured at the event via our secure link.

How many snaps do we get?

Depending on how long your event and how active your guests are, it could range anywhere between 100-200+ photos. If you have chosen the album option, we will help you arrange the album as your guests are snapping away in our booths!

Will the photos be posted online?

We will post an album for your event on our Facebook page for your guests to tag and comment. Certain photos may be posted on other social media or entered into competitions. This helps us expand our portfolio and help potential clients create a day as memorable as yours.

Can we amend packages and hours after the deposit has been made?

Yes, we understand circumstances change leading up to any events, we ask that you please inform us at least 2 weeks ahead of time so we can bring the right equipment. If you require our service more than the agreed hours, we can arrange to stay longer so no guest misses out!

Do you charge for traveling?

The packages are inclusive of travel. However, if its a bit far away, further than 50km from Sydney CBD, transport fee is $100. Further than 100km, transport fee is $200. Further than 200km, transport fee is $300.

How long are the quotes valid for?

At the time of enquiry, you can hold the quote for up to 14 days. After this period the prices may be subject to change.
